Water Conservation Email System

Can a series of emails help utility users set and achieve goals related to water usage?

My solution leans heavily on BJ Fogg's behavior model. The series of emails helps utility users choose a goal, gives them assistance on achieving that goal, and provides regular triggers to remind users of their goal. The system includes alerts and status updates to hold people accountable to their pledges in a positive way. The system operates in a loop to encourage continued engagement and repeated goal-setting over time.

A big takeaway from this project was how designs should change over time and adapt to users to remain relevant and effective.
